1996 S-10 Dash speaker Grill

New user here, glad to know there's a forum for this type of thing and I hope someone can help. I recently had my in-dash and door speakers replaced at a Best Buy store. When I got it back they stripped/broke the hole on the speaker grill on the dashboard, so the grill doesn't fit tightly on the dash, and now it rattles when i turn it up. I put a bigger washer on there and screwed it down to lessen the rattling, but now the screw heads stick up over the recessed holes. I've been looking around for somewhere to buy replacement grills but I haven't been able to find anything. Does anyone know of some obscure Chevy/GM OEM parts store that might have them? BTW S-10 Specs

Nope, but best bet is a junk yard.  You can also use some RTV to help silence the rattle.
