1996 Chevrolet Caprice Police Pkg

Good running condition, LT1 motor, Posi rear end, police pkg.  I bought on Ebay (my mistake)to convert to Impala SS clone, but can't get the title.  Excellent parts car, good to strip motor and wiring harness/computer for building a street rod.  Car is located in Charlottesville, VA.  Buyer responsible for shipping.  Make me an offer.
