Blew Friday, replaced the fuse and van ran for 2 days then it blew it again. Started to replace it and before we could get it all the way in slot it blew it again. Disconnected fuel pump and it still blows the ecmb fuse. Suggestions??? What else runs off the ecmb fuse that could be blowing it?

The top 3 are directly wired to the ecmb fuse. The problem could lie within one of these or it could be something that the PCM control that is pulling the fuse down. Try disconnecting stuff one by one to see if the short goes away.
The probelm could also be a chaffed wire somewhere
