Hello,
New to the forum. I am looking to purchase a 1986 K10 Silverado Sportside. The rear fenders are rotted along the seam to the bed. Anyone know of replacements, preferably new. I have been able to find all other body parts except for the rear fenders. I am also interested in converting from the 5liter V8 to a 350. Easy or difficult. Worth it? Truck is auto. Any and all help would be appreciated.

Swapping the 5.0 out for the 5.7 is a breeze but may not be worth it unless the 5.0 is old and lazy; you have to make that call.
The 5.7 is noticeably more powerful.
yeah, i think the 5.0 engines are junk to a 5.7 but its ur call
