1986 s-10 fuel problem

Hey guys,Ive kinda basket case going here and I need your help,I own 3 s-10s,each with a different engine,my latest project came with a goodwrench crate motor ,that had been started to get installed then stopped,ok ,we have finished installing it,now the fuel wont stop running after we turn the key off?it is a 1986 with a 4.3,we did replace the fuel tank,sending unit,guage  sender and complete pump?then the throtle body was rebuilt,it has a bank of three relays,which one or two are for the the fuel system?my chiltons and haynes books both show only two yet there are three?any help ,the truck was free but ive put 650 into it ,i want to give this one tom my son(15),running of course.it also came with two computers both sitting in the floor board.ok lets here the blast.I ONLY HAVE 13 DAYS TIL I RE-DEPLOY.please e-mail if you have some great answers quick or live in the memphis area.thanks chester
