Does anyone out ther know ho to adjust a 1979 Chevy Van Cruise Transducer? There are 2 adjustments. The one on a vacuume line & the other on the speedo cable housing. The problems I have is that the cruise will engage at any speed(I had another old chev van & the cruise wouldn't work below 50KM(I'm Canadian, EH) & when you engage it the engine surges & the van gains about 20KM in speed then it holds fine.
