04 Elect 4wd Problem

Today I changed the tires on my 04 silverado. I went from a 245 to a 265 size tire. A few hours afterwards My check 4wd light came on. I was just wondering if the tire change had anything to do with it or is it just coincidental to some other problem. Or did I forget to do something when I changed them. Any help would be appreciated

You did not forget to do anything.The computer probably detected an existing problem and it just so happened to come up at the same time.You did nothing wrong. Good luck!
