Hello everyone....I have a 2003 Chevy Impala that was giving to me as a gift and the only problem I see with it is that The finger tip controls on the steering wheel and the Horn do not work at all....How can this be fixed?...Does it have to be taken to the dealer for repair or is it like a fuse problem? Please let me know and Thanks in advanced!
