hey guys.
I have done some research and see that losing the delay  is a common problem on older models and can easily find a pulse module up to '98. Does anyone know if there is somewhere to get the "02 modules easily? would rather not go to the dealer, usually 2 weeks to get the part in. I called a few of the chain auto parts shops and they really seemed clueless.
Perhaps I have another problem. The wipers only work on fast, no low or delay.
thank you in advance for any insight.

Welcome to the Tahoe forum.  Someone will probably be able to help you here.

first check for accy power on the yellow wires at the motor.

using a dvom, measure resistance betwen yellow and dark green wire at the motor(d\c harness) while moving the switch to the mist position, should read 24Kohms

Measure resistance between yellow and grey while moving switch through the delay positions, should be between 38K - 690K ohms

If all this comes within spec, there is a circuit board under the cover of the wiper motor. It needs to be replaced. If something it out of spec, you're looking at a handle or possibly a wiring problem
